Cons (-) I have stayed at this place twice & both times the bathrooms have had issues. First time, the ceiling leaked from the room above & this time our fan didn't work.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was excellent. The overall appearance of the hotel was great. For our trip we went to the zoo and science center so this hotel was perfectly placed. We will definitely be back

Pros (+) This place was an absolute joy to stay at. I will always look here first from now on when traveling to St. Louis. Everything was very clean and orderly, and the staff was a joy to be around.
