Couch was stained, bathtub had red/rust looking stains on bottom, toilet randomly flushed every few hours, no fridge, etc.

Staff members were super rude. Our room never got cleaned during our entire stay here at the Hiltons. We got locked out of our room due to a bad door reader. The water was shut off and we couldn't use the shower or anything.

Arrived to a none functional digital key. Got that fixed. Next evening arrived to a dead door lock battery. Took them 40 minutes to respond.

The AC did not work. Desk clerk did not know how to arrange for a night somewhere else or how to find or contact the person who did. The desk charged debit card on arrival but continued to authorize the credit card on the reservation every night for the full amount of the stay. Then they said they had no record of the debit card payment. Staff was rude and argumentative throughout.

Cons (-) Messages sent to hotel through reservation confirmation email never got there, which made our late check in a bit hectic. There was insufficient bedding for the sofa bed. The main complaint was more about the booking site than the hotel.

Pros (+) Good location by airport. 24/7 airport pick up
Cons (-) No sheets for pullout couch. Called twice. Finally went down to the lobby at midnight. Got sheets. Unacceptable There was a gap around the door to the hall 1/2 to 1inch wide. Every time someone walked by talking (which was often), we were disturbed.....and this happened late at night I would not stay here again
