Wonderful
Raychel, Dec 2019
Pros (+) The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room had a refrigerator and wine opener which was perfect. The Chase Park lounge had live music and a fun atmosphere. The movie theater was a nice touch although we did not see a movie during our stay.
Cons (-) What happened to microwaves in hotel rooms? Can we get them back please. The tenderloin room had a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. The fitness center was somewhat difficult to locate and did not have a sauna even though they offer classes. For the price, it would be nice for some of these additional options.

Pros (+) Everything was truly wonderful. From cleanliness of the entire place to the pool, bars, room service, movie theatre and conference facilities there is not one thing that I encountered on my three day stay that could have been improved upon and I don’t see that very often!

They seem to rely solely on the innate ability of their staff to anticipate their guests needs. And while exploiting your employees talents is obviously smart I feel that their customer service training for those employees who could use it, is lacki...
