Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests appreciated the breakfast options and some found the beds comfortable. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive or unhelpful staff and issues with billing. The pool was frequently mentioned, but often negatively due to limited hours, maintenance problems, or overcrowding. Overall, while there were some positives, especially regarding breakfast and bed comfort, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
