This hotel was terrible- upon check in we were short bath towels- after 2 visits to the desk and two phone calls we NEVER got any towels. Our stay lasted two days and we didn't get any room cleaning service. We ran out if toilet tissue and had to visit a local Walmart to buy our own towels. No employee apologized for the inconvenience. The room was also not the cleanest space. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham hotel ever!!!

The hotel was having an issue with the fire panel and was closed. They didn’t have my contact information on file so when I showed up to check-in they said that the hotel was closed. Just wish that the front desk was a little friendlier when relaying the information. I know they couldn’t change the situation. It was a complete put-off the way it was handled. A little compassion would have gone a long way. Most people understand that life happens and it can’t always be perfect. Thank goodness Kayak.com delivered great customer service.
Staff was very nice
Rooms for old, worn-out, and dirty. Shower water was warm at best. Room lock and latch to not work properly. Only wet here for a business conference, hope it someplace else next year.
