Pros (+) Reasonable price and good proximity to Magic mountain. Coffee in the morning in the lobby was nice. Good location.
Cons (-) Rooms and floors are showing their age. Chipped paint and elevator was looking old too. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No carpet in rooms. Was a linoleum meant to look like wood. Which made the room uncomfortable and echoey.

Pros (+) The check in staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.
Cons (-) It was a filthy establishment. I have no problem staying in a place like this, it was cheap. However, I felt bad for the people that had kids with them. If I had to stay there for longer than a couple of nights I would get my own stuff to clean with.
