Summary of reviews
Guests say
The hotel is highly praised for its excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing main attractions. Guests consistently compliment the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. However, many reviews mention the lack of an elevator and challenging accessibility, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some guests also noted issues with air conditioning and room size, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stand out.AI-generated from customer reviews
