Pros (+) Everything was wonderful there. Very helpful and friendly staff, room was preheated upon arrival, very neat and clean room, wonderful view of pond aside of motel, everything worked efficiently, bed was comfortable, complementary breakfast was excellent. Room rate was affordable. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Massachusetts.

Cons (-) 2nd room up 3 flights. We had asked for a room on the first floor but this was all they had. Stairs were dirty, no hangers. To tired after hard day and just went to sleep.
