Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, with frequent mentions of cigarette smells, unclean rooms, and maintenance issues. Service was also a common concern, with some guests experiencing rude staff or problems with reservations and check-in. However, the location near Suwon Station was appreciated by several reviewers, and a few guests mentioned the hotel as a reasonable choice for the price, especially for a short stay. Noise levels and additional fees were also noted as negatives. Overall, the hotel’s main strengths are its location and affordability, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
