Cons: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

Cons: Flying as a Canadian via China right now NOT RECOMMENDED! If you fly into China on China Eastern and continue with that airline for your transfer to another country, they seize your passports and keep you segregated from everyone else. Law, supposedly. Took us hours to get to our connecting flight.

Cons: All the staff at the boarding part seem like they unorganized anything. They let all business passengers got it first but they didn’t open the gate door untill all passengers came through. We have to stuck by the gate door for 10-15 min. They not say anything what happened and any apologies word.

Cons: Ontario Airport for international arrival is confusing. I think this has to do with more the airport than the airline...although the airline could have helped too. There is no one to ask questions once you exited the security area. The signage is incorrect for airport shuttle to the parking lots. In order to get to the parking lot, one would need to first take a rental car shuttle to the regular terminal and then change to an airport shuttle.

Cons: It was overall good goong there, however my trip back from Manila to Ontario was cancelled due to employee strike and i had a 12 hr lay over in Taipei and diverted my flight to LAX and have to pay almost $100 for my Uber ride. I will have to ask China Airlines to reimburse my Uber expenses.
