I had not flown overseas in so long that I had forgotten how nice flying could be. The flight attendants were especially attentive and helpful. Not only did we get a "free" meal, but it included white or red wine if desired. I felt like I was experiencing what flying used to be like in an earlier time.

Our AI flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai was delayed by more than 3 hrs. Though I had access to the Business Class passenger lounge, the one at the AMD airport is less than mediocre. Finally, when we reached BOM, it took the wheelchair service nearly an hour to get me and other wheelchair dependent passengers off the plane. This nearly caused us to miss our connecting flight to Newark. We also did not get to use the lounge in BOM as a result of the delay in AMD and BOM. I was travelling in Business Class due to my severely bad health condition. My husband was travelling in economy. AI ground staff was so arrogant and inconsiderate that they would not help my husband get a seat (within economy class) close to the Business Class section so he can attend to me periodically on the 16-hour long flight to Newark. In addition to the ground and flight staff being inconsiderate, the interior of the plane and the food service (in the economy class) are less than mediocre. We had choice of other airlines, but being proud indians, my wife and I decided to give AI a chance. Next time, we will find other ways to show our love for India than patronizing AI.

The flight was delayed so late that I missed my international connecting flight home despite leaving a four hour gap. The inflight service was pathetic. The food was atrocious, the media system was broken, there was not wifi, and they did not allow the use of cellphones the entire duration of the flight even in airplane mode. The ground staff was completely unhelpful. I was barely able to secure an alternative flight home after about a half hour of negotiating. I don't think I could have got the flight at all had I not spoke Chinese. None of the other foreign nationals were able to get a new flight. The flight they put on back home had to stop in Hawaii and cost me a good extra 8 hours. I got home 12 hours later than I had anticipated. I am filing for compensation. What a joke. Air China shouldn't even both with international flights if all their domestic flights are delayed and they are barely able to help customers speaking their native language (to say nothing of English).

All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful.

Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable.

The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!

Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!

The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character.

It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish.

Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too.

There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized.

The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier

The stewardess was really sweet and funny! She was very accomodating even though there was high stress because the flight was late.

The flight was 30 minutes late, which made it really hard on a few passengers, myself not included, who had transfers.

The original flight was canceled, the stroller was taken away when boarded the airplane, and not seen until final destination. With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare.

The flight was cancelled and changed to 2 stops from one. We purchased a 1 stop flight because of the kids. In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing.

Flight on time.

1. Seat changes are done last minute despite booking the seats online with out informing us. I felt that there was no point securing online seating early. Difficult to adjust seats in the last minute. I was separated from my family. Given wrong information about seats. Had to real work with staff to finally get seats adjusted. Not very easy to work staff. Understanding of English is not that good. 2.Had problems checking the luggage all through despite connection was through star alliance. 3.Had to wait in airport in transit to get boarding passes. Did not understand why it was despite having booked seats early. 4.Seats provided were not good. 5.Also head phones didn't work. I told staff three times and still no response. Finally gave up i had booked because ratings were good. But service was not even close to expectations. Dissapointed.

Service in the flight was excellent. The seats are spacious and plenty of keg room. Staff very attentive.

Difficulty at the check-in counter. The attendant was not familiar with processing US citizens flying from London to other countries. Given I live abroad. Required a supervisor to clarify the situation as well as additional military credentials. Additiinally difficulty with carry on luggage weight. Supervisor stepped in and addressed the issue properly thus saving me $149 for a carry on bag the attendant wanted to change me

The service was top-notch, and so was the food. On my flight from San Francisco to Korea, things were just fine, Though I wish I had the window seat that was actually adjacent to the window, and not separated from the window by a desk/table arrangement. Aside from that, everything was grand.

The flight from Korea to Bangkok was a different story. The seats resembled those you would find in premium economy on other airlines. While the food and service were good, the entertainment was abysmal. Basically, you were watching TV with poor quality reception and no ability to choose what you wanted to watch other than flipping through the channels to see what was already on. Although this was nearly a seven hour international flight, The entertainment package felt like something you would encounter on a cheap charter bus to Vegas. If I knew this was the aircraft I would be taking, I would never have booked on Asiana. The flight to Bangkok was really substandard.

There should have been more snacks during the flight for the passengers to nosh. Cathay Pacific would have trays of goodies for people to take and the attendants would bring cup noodles and water upon request. The mid flight pizza sliver was a joke. The movie choices were limited.

I was able to get last minute exit window seats, which gave me unlimited leg room. I did not mind pledging to help with emergency exits. With boarding, they did away with the boarding groups, so whoever lined up earlier got to go on the plane, of course after the first class and business. This all worked fine.

The cutlery for the meals were real metal, which felt nicer than plastic.

When checking in in Shenyang, the China southern airline rep kept asking me about my expired passport, even after I showed them the new passport I was holding is to replace the expired one (the expired passport number is showing on the 3rd page of the new passport). Rep says the ticket is linked to the expired passport. I don't know how this happened as I waited until I got my new passport in NY to book the trip on justfly.com, and no one asked about it when I travelled to China.

We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week.

Although reservations for our return flight from Rome to Boston were made 5 months ago, we were bumped from our flight, not advised in advance, and missed several important work engagements. The management at the Alitalia desk at the airport was not up to the task of reassigning everyone. Understaffed and under equipped (staff was unable to get online to reschedule and re-issue new boarding passes) We are senior travelers (75 and 80 years old) and were forced to stand in lines for 3 hours We're headed to the airport now, the next day, and I am dreading the experience.

The plane was boarded early and then the flight ended up being delayed an hour. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the leg room almost nonexistent. It was difficult to move at all for this 12 hour flight. I am not very tall at only 5'7" and I am slim. Also, the lunch was worse than any I've ever had.

I'm 6'2" and had good leg room in coach. The food was decent and the boarding process went pretty smoothly. Each seat had a power outlet below it (kinda out of sight). Overall my flight was pretty good.

The entrainment system was a little bit older semi touch screen (no usb charger). Air china was similar to China Eastern as they demanded all cell phones stay off for the duration of the flight. No WIFi was available for purchase.

After long, chaotic lines to transfer planes in Beijing to head to Shenzhen I was showing my passport to the security guard, and suddenly he calls for someone, and another guard walks away with my passport. I had no idea what was going on. I wasn't told to follow him, but he had my passport, so I followed the guard to get my passport back, and the guard hands me my passport, laughs, and points upward. I walk upstairs and see a mess of lines. A bunch of flights were canceled due to a small storm. The machines to rebook a flight were broken, so I had to wait in a line for 2+ hours in order to rebook a flight for the following day. We were told that there would be a complimentary hotel, but I waited in a line for an hour to inquire about a hotel room, only to be told where my luggage was. They could have held up a sign saying where everyone's luggage was, instead of misleading us, saying it was a line for a hotel room. My suitcase was in a pile of suitcases from all the flights that were canceled, and was difficult to find. After spending 6 hours at the airport sorting out new travel plans, I ended up with no place to sleep, but fortunately found a friend of a friend to stay with. The next day, I arrived at the airport for my new flight, with no seat assignment. I waited in a long line to get a seat, then went to board the plane, and the flight was delayed 3 hours. Overall, it took 34 hours to arrive in Shenzhen after leaving San Francisco. If I had automatic updates sent to my email, or, if there was signage at the airport giving people information, that would have been helpful for the crowds of confused people. I also might have had a chance to reroute my flight Hong Kong to get in earlier, but I had no idea what was going on. There was terrible communication that was not due to a language barrier.

I'm 6'2" and had good leg room in coach. The food was decent and the boarding process went pretty smoothly. Each seat had a power outlet below it (kinda out of sight). Overall my flight was pretty good.

The entrainment system was a little bit older semi touch screen (no usb charger). Air china was similar to China Eastern as they demanded all cell phones stay off for the duration of the flight. No WIFi was available for purchase.

Hi, I would like to file for a full refund for the flight which I purchased. Upon arriving at the ticketing counter at LAX, I was denied my boarding pass with the reason that I needed a transit visa. I did not need a transit visa as I hold a Malaysian passport. The ticketing agent was being unprofessional and told me to walk to the Eva air counter to purchase another ticket if I so desperately want to leave. I purchased a business class ticket and was being treated really rudely. I have contacted Air China customer service but they are not responsive or helpful in any way. I showed them the China embassy website stating that I do not need a transit visa and they called me the next day saying they are willing to reschedule my flight for another $700. I would like a full refund for the ticket I purchased. Thanks, Sue
