Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near the city center and the quality of the breakfast buffet. The spa and pool facilities are popular, though some guests note issues with water temperature and crowding. While many found the staff friendly and helpful, experiences with service varied, with some negative encounters at reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness was generally good, but a few reviews mentioned dated rooms and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with standout amenities, especially the spa.
