Pros (+) Professional and courteous staff, great Titanium Elite room upgrade to a suite!
Cons (-) Alternatives to closed lounge for Titanium Elite loyalty members (e.g. staff brings complimentary beverages and food or hotel convenience store credit on top of bonus points.)

Cons (-) Front desk staff was mostly unfriendly. Shower water/temp control handle kept coming off while showering. Asked to have it fixed; told it was taken care of; STILL BROKEN. Entire hotel out of fresh towels??? No apology. No explanation. No attempt to restock fresh towels unless specifically requested!
