Guests praised the natural pool, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere, but many were disappointed by misleading advertisements, poor location access, unreliable Wi-Fi, and cleanliness issues. While some found the environment relaxing and the breakfast enjoyable, recurring complaints about infrastructure, internet, and the accuracy of listings affected overall satisfaction.
