Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to reach attractions and restaurants. Many appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as coffee, tea, snacks, and comfortable lounge areas. However, experiences with service were mixed, with some guests noting a lack of staff presence or communication issues, especially regarding check-in and parking. Cleanliness received both positive and negative remarks, with some rooms and public areas not meeting expectations. Bed comfort was generally good but not universally praised. Overall, the amenities and location stood out as highlights for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
