Pros:The woman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic.
Cons:We showed up to a hotel that was full of construction. I couldn't tell the we were even there because the entrance was blocked due to roadwork. Once inside, it looked really nice. I thought it could be alright. All of the bungallows looked really cool. We checked in and got our key. They led us across the street to a building with rooms that we're a little disappointing. There were stagnant ponds outside the rooms,a breeding ground for mosquitos!. They didn't look like the pictures from the website at all. We went back to the desk to see if we could upgrade to a bungalow since we didn't see a single other guest there at all. We were told they were full. Oh well, we thought lets grab a beer. Turns out we ordered the last 2 beers at 3 in the afternoon. At this point we were pretty much done. The hotel is far from any attractions. We later realised that all the guests were on giant tour buses that rolled in every evening! On top of it all I couldn't cancel my second night since I booked online and couldn't find the email with booking info. There was one woman who was very nice and apologised. Everyone else seemed indifferent. They seem to cater to bus loads of Chinese tourists
