The staff were excellent- friendly and helpful. We had the suite with the private outdoor jacuzzi and it was a wonderful treat, even in November. It really soothed my problem knee, which needed it due to all the steps in Santorini! The room was well organized and a lot of thought had gone into the design. We fell in love with the house cats! The location was perfect. We will definitely return one day!

The staff was definitely helpful, friendly and attentive to guests needs. The location is perfect: quite area, short walking distance to main attractions of Fira, and a parking is available less than 5 mn by feet. Cosy hotel style with a very nice pool area.
2 small remarks, better towards the owner of the hotel than future guests: We had some issues to get a stable WIFI connection while being in our room. Some neighbors were a bit noisy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, modern and nice decor, also cleaned every day. Location was perfect just a minutes walk into the main part of Fira. The bus station is just down the road too.
