Pros (+) Easy access for getting around and close to I-5 just few blocks away.
Cons (-) Very loud. Insides from upstairs neighbors, next door neighbors, but outside was quiet and safe. Just thin walls and floors. Basic but works.
Pros (+) Great location and nice staff
Cons (-) The room reeked of smoke, every couple hours a loud fan came on for 40 minutes and the thermostat was broken.

Pros (+) Price but no bargain. I will pay more and stay elsewhere next time.
Cons (-) Non smoking rooms that still reeked of smoke. Cigarette Butts everywhere outside. Loud trucks starting up and idling on and off all night lo g all night long. Car alarms going off. People talking loudly. Didn't get an hour of consecutive sleep.
