Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, noting its proximity to key attractions and convenience for exploring the city. However, many were disappointed by the service, citing issues such as poor communication, unexpected hotel closures, unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and problems with booking or luggage storage. A significant number of guests were also frustrated by the hotel's policy of charging extra for WiFi, which they felt should be complimentary. Overall, while the location was a major highlight, service and amenities like WiFi were common sources of dissatisfaction.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) location
Cons (-) - got a call at my hotel room phone and was scammed for credit card info. went to Front Desk, but got no help. Reported to police - wifi internet wasn't included - room was crampy, a small studio basically
Pros (+) We liked how close to downtown it is.
Cons (-) We wished that the pictures online depicted what the rooms would actually look like. My husband and I had to share a really thin duvet.
Pros (+) Room clean, good size, free wifi
Cons (-) Cost extra to check in early No breakfast included
Pros (+) great downtown location with restaurants, bars, and shopping
Cons (-) Small rooms and small beds
Pros (+) Convenient location.
Cons (-) Parking was not included as well as wifi.
Pros (+) When I checked in I expected a standard room with 2 beds, what I got was only 1 bed. When advertising sales details as standard room, there needs to be something noticeable on the website that there standard rooms only comes with 1 bed. Makes for an awful 1st impression.
Pros (+) I was very happy with my stay. 3 nights in Toronto for business, but I needed to choose a hotel that would stay within my budget. The rooms are small, but that did not bother me. 15th floor, wonderful view. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The TV was temperamental and didn't always work. Besides that, no complaints.
Pros (+) Clean rooms. Nice decor. Nice staff.
Cons (-) No valet. Parking lot across the street so it was awkward to check in. Neighboring rooms and ankle noises could be heard
Pros (+) location and price, clean, friendly enough....
Cons (-) lots of construction in lobby... front desk seemed under staffed
