90% Won’t be staying again
The staff were lovely.
Pricey for the size of room and no mini fridge.
Okay. Not the best value for money.
No shower cap, sewing kit, slippers, umbrella or mini bar in room. Dishevelled balcony. Hot room.
Great value conpared to other hotels in Toronto
This is more of a business hotel so don’t expect 5 star luxury but it was significantly better value than other hotels in Toronto. However, it was great for the value, clean, great location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfy but may be too soft for some. I will definitely stay again!
Location was good for being in the heart of downtown
I reserved a room through WestJet that did not exist at the hotel, had to pay extra fees to get a lower class room. The rooms were outdated, the mattresses and pillows were just ok.
Overall, the stay was good.
The price of the breakfast; $30 all you can eat, but I did not want to eat much. I was quite shocked and I will not eat breakfast there again.
WiFi was very poor.
Separate kids pool and play area
They have limited parking for large vehicles and once it’s full, they give you a map to drive around the city to various lots and garages to park. These are not too close. 3 blocks to over a kilometer! The staff was not terribly helpful. They don’t take a few USA credit cards. They lost my paperwork over the course of 12 hours. A lot of what they do is not electronic.
Location was great and the hotel was great
Some staff could care less some really went the extra mile !
Dated rooms but good place to stay
The size of the room, the location, buffet, clean hotel
Bed was sneaky...something not right with the bed.
We found the hotel staff to be welcoming and helpful. The room was basic , but comfortable. The balcony was covered in bird poop and there was a cup of cigarette butts sitting just outside the glass. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to attractions.
The location was excellent, the room size wonderful, the beds supremely comfortable.
The only negative was that the room was a little cold.
