The beds in the double room were very small. We had four guests (2 adults, 2 kids) and we needed to order a cot, which was an added charge of $30. This room should only be rented to groups of 2 people, and no more.

Good location and amenities. Rooms (unless you get an updated one) are old and tired. There is construction next door that starts early in the morning so there's no sleeping in (this will be ongoing for years). This is not a luxury hotel, but will do the job if your looking for a downtown location at a more reasonable rate.

Pros (+) This is more of a business hotel so don’t expect 5 star luxury but it was significantly better value than other hotels in Toronto. However, it was great for the value, clean, great location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfy but may be too soft for some. I will definitely stay again!

Cons (-) I reserved a room through WestJet that did not exist at the hotel, had to pay extra fees to get a lower class room. The rooms were outdated, the mattresses and pillows were just ok.

Cons (-) The price of the breakfast; $30 all you can eat, but I did not want to eat much. I was quite shocked and I will not eat breakfast there again.
