The hotel was near the Eaton mall .Good location everything was nearby.
The staff at reception were not friendly at all.The doormen were very friendly. The rooms were very basic. They refused to give us an early checkin but were giving everyone else.

My wife and I have been here more times than I remember. We love it. Have a drink have a good time. Tip the staff. Enjoy the full buffet breakfast ( no "continental breakfast" here) they have everything you want. Citrus is a fantastic restaurant later on in the evening, very quaint typically and fantastic food. Premium alcohol at the bar (although the Scoth selection has slipped a bit). Dont forget the rooftop hotjobs with the view. All in all, I dont stay anywhere else. Would love to try the imperial suite but $$ I'm sure.
There's is nothing I can say. If you go to the grand already, you love it.

Very cool boutique style hotel only 10 minute walk from Union Station. Bar is really pretty with lovely bar staff. Bed super comfy All staff wonderfully helpful
While the bathroom had beautiful linens and body care supplies it was a little small
