Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is frequently described as central and convenient for exploring the area. Some guests also mention friendly and helpful staff, and a few highlight spacious rooms. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, noise levels, and outdated facilities. Issues with amenities such as TV remotes, air conditioning, and lack of refrigerators are also noted. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements are needed in comfort and cleanliness.
