Cons:
Charges ended up being much more and not fully explained. Insurance was sold as a must add on ... still not sure if that is French law or a sales technique. Hit expected traffic and returned the car an hour late, which incurred one additional day of charges and taxes instead of being prorated or an additional hour charge as other rental companies have done in the past. Will hesitate to rent from Hertz in the future.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
