Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near attractions and transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating nature, even with language barriers. Cleanliness was frequently highlighted, with many guests describing the rooms and facilities as spotless and comfortable. The traditional Japanese meals, especially kaiseki dinners and breakfasts, were generally well received, though some found the portions large or the style not to their taste. Amenities such as private onsen baths and thoughtful extras like luggage storage and snacks were appreciated. A few minor negatives included occasional staff issues, high prices, and some room or bath limitations, but overall, guests had a very positive experience.
