Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and city highlights. The breakfast was frequently described as good, varied, and of high quality. Many guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms were small and lacked adequate storage, and some guests found parking options inconvenient or expensive. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding location, breakfast, and service.
