Guests say
Overall, guests greatly appreciated the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The beds were consistently described as comfortable and spacious, contributing to a restful stay. Many guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, there were several complaints about the pool being small, dirty, or having limited hours, and some guests felt that certain facilities or amenities did not meet four-star expectations.
