Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location. However, many expressed frustration with the elevators being frequently out of service, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors or with mobility issues. Service received mixed reviews, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others reported poor customer care and housekeeping lapses. Breakfast experiences were varied, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the hotel’s location and cleanliness stood out positively, recurring issues with the elevators and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.
