Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We got to the hotel and were immediately greeted by Greg who helped us with our luggage and valeted our skis for us. He showed us to our room and gave us helpful tips to avoid lift lines in the morning.
The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The lobby area was also very clean and always had water and iced tea for guests. From 2-4p they put out chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate for guests when they come back in from the slopes.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. We had easy access to the free bus in town to get to Lionshead. It was walkable to Vail village and all of the restaurant and shops there. It is also very close to the covered bridge and the transportation center.

Pros: The staff was amazing and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with a big bathtub. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious.
Cons: The fireplaces in the room didn’t work. I tried and called several times with their phone instructions before finding this out. There was a cleaning issue that was in the midst of repair. The internet/TV kept going on and off. IT was working on it. Only one outdoor hot tub was working and the recent repairs done on that made only a few jets slightly workable. It was also not very warm. The staff was very kind and apologetic. I felt bad they had to deal with so many issues they couldn’t control. The manager bought me a drink and gave me a parking and resort fee credit.

Pros: - Perfect location in the middle of Vail Village, you don’t need to use your car the entire stay - Very well-kept property, the interior decor is mountain modern and renovated within the past five years - Air conditioning in the rooms, a rarity in mountain hotels but a nice amenity when it’s around 80 degrees in Vail - The pool is very nice, and there are four hot tubs. Serene setting with rock walls, a waterfall and aspen trees - The lobby area is very inviting and comfortable with a big fireplace and a library where they put out coffee, tea and newspapers every morning

Pros: Mountain modern design with perfect location, excellent amenities, and friendly professional service team.

Serene setting with rock walls, a waterfall and aspen trees - The lobby area is very inviting and comfortable with a big fireplace and a library where they put out coffee, tea and newspapers every morning
Cons: - They out coffee each morning in the lobby but weren’t very on top of keeping the regular coffee and creamer full, either myself or another guest had to inform the front desk both mornings to replace the coffee dispenser - We forgot our phone chargers at home and asked the front desk for a “loaner” charger. They said they only had two and had already given those away. A hotel of this caliber should have more than two spare phone chargers. - Usually at hotels like the Sebastian they have an iPhone docking station that also plays music but I didn’t see anything like that in our room - The pool, while nice, is small and there are only about a dozen chairs on the pool deck. On nice days it easily gets quite crowded because it is so small - This hotel allows dogs to stay in the rooms. This wasn’t a problem but we did hear them barking in the halls and saw them on the elevator. If you’re allergic to dogs you may want to reconsider staying here

Great access to excellent restaurants and the tapas restaurant in the hotel is quite good. They were also very, very dog friendly, a nice surprise as we just arrived from Germany and were accustomed to dog-friendly culture everywhere there.
Cons: Bathroom fixtures are getting a bit aged and shower especially was not up to standards of this quality of hotel at these prices. Also sofas in great room near fire place are showing signs of so much wear, and the fabric on some had been worn completely through.

Pros: Location is awesome
Cons: At check-in the front desk agent could not find our reservation and she kept telling me to check the hotel next door but I was sure we booked Lodge Tower. So after I showed my reservation , she was as finally able to find the reservation. What I find unprofessional is that the way she handled the situation telling me how her colleague failed to prepare stuff, how upset she is and so on. Because we spent so much time checking-in , we were essentially late for our dinner.Aside from that, the rooms are very small and the beds are uncomfortable. The only great thing about this hotel is location. Wont be staying next time.

Overall, it was a positive experience!
Cons: The room was a bit cramped. Not much space to move around. I wondered if they offer a smaller room on Kayak? We also did not have a balcony although some rooms had them.
The hot tub closed at 8.PM. We weren't able to use it although we could have if they kept it ope until 10PM. That was disappointing.

Cons: We liked everything a whole lot! That being said, the exercise equipment in the gym is a bit outdated but did the trick. And it may sound picky, but at least in our bathroom the plunger to seal the sink was very hard to operate - I need to rinse off my contact lenses before and after putting them in for skiing without losing them down the sink, so that actually did affect me... Generally, however, we love this hotel and will make every effort to come back and of course to recommend it!

Pros: The location was good and the daily linen changes were nice. The ski lockers were a nice touch and came in handy.
Cons: The location was advertised as "Ski-in, ski-out" and it was not. The location is very convenient but it is NOT ski in/out. Also coffee was not restocked daily. One of the hot tubs did not work well for a couple of days.

Pros:
Cons: We almost loved the condo but one serious issue held us up from enjoying it the entire week. If we had known a head of time that the kids bedroom was an windowless interior bedroom with a broken thermostat stuck at 84 degrees we never would have stayed here. Clearly the staff was aware of the prbelem for when we arrived this non-code compliant windowless bedroom has portibale air conditioning units and fans in the room. The kicker is it was a nice cool 20 degrees outside but without windows no way to counter act the terribly sweltering temperature in the room. Maintence came up and agreed that it was a very unfortunate predicament and not suitable sleeping quarters. We complained every night that we couldn’t sleep. The most unbelievably part was that on the last night they brought up an Additon al portable air conditioning unit and it still couldn’t counter act the heat in the room that could not be shut off. The kids had to sleep naked on top of their covers with fans blowing on them while the thermostat in that room held at 84 degrees all night. Horrible uncomfortable experience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the hospital for our surgical appointment. The bar/restaurant met our needs for meals.
Cons: We wish there was a microwave for heating a heat pack.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The informative front desk staff
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent in Vail Room was clean
Cons: Seriously, NO air conditioning in a room that faces I-70? Room was hot and stuffy...hotel did provide a fan and we could open a window but the window was directly above the kitchen part of the hotel's restaurant. Gas and cooking smells were strong.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I stayed at this hotel when my husband was in the hospital next door to it. The location was very convenient. The staff was efficient and friendly.
Cons: The hotel was very outdated and shabby. The carpet in the room was pretty gross, and the bed was not comfortable. Additionally, I found a piece of candy lying on the ground that had not been cleaned since the last guest. The common areas were also bad.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager was great thoughtful and considerate.
Cons: There was not a more direct way to get to the Main Street.
7.1 Good
Pros:
Cons: The fact that I paid over $200 for my room and you don’t even serve breakfast with the exception of danish and coffee. The bathroom is very small, the door seem newly painted which made it very hard to open and shut. I was also promised a balcony room but did not get it upon arrival.
6.0 Good
Pros: good location, close to bus route. cleanliness of room. free ski storage
Cons: only 1 of the 2 elevators was working, restaurant was not open for breakfast. overall the motel needed a facelift

Cons:
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved it
Cons: It’s a little dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Paul was great in helping me get the room I wanted and very informative. 5 stars.
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good and the staff was wonderful - they did everything to accommodate you! If it weren't for the staff, we would have moved to another hotel.
Cons: The hotel was old and tired - in desperate need of a remodel or face lift... hard to tell if it was clean or just old and beat up.
