Guests consistently praised the breakfast for its quality and variety, and many appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to the city center and public transport. The staff was generally described as friendly, though some experienced indifferent or unhelpful service. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms with mold, and unpleasant odors.
