Good location, restaurant Diva at the Met was excellent and were very helpful in tailoring meals to accommodate my wife’s allergies, friendly staff, room was good but fairly basic.

Cons (-) They are not cat friendly. The room we stayed in allowed our cat to run up into a crawl space including the ceiling and potentially the walls and ceilings of nearby rooms. This was a living nightmare, as she disappeared for close to ten minutes while hotel staff had no idea what to do. I'm sure the hotel is lovely if you don't have a cat, but if you do, avoid this hotel at all costs.
