Was pretty comfortable stay. Excellent location with 15 min from Stanley Park, only few min till Canada place. Very nice view from the room. At reception always can top up your water bottle woth refreshing water with lemon or watermelon flavour. Also very mich enjoyed complimentary bike rode around park
Lift are very noisy, waking up in the morning
Good location, friendly staff, nice restaurant.
The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor and in the sink. The coffee was not stocked/replenished from the previous guest. There were leftovers in the refrigerator and trash stuffed behind the TV. There was also “biological debris” (boogers) on the light above the bathroom mirror.
Finishings are old. Way over priced.
Prime downtown location
The hotel probably need to be refreshed. Better use of the dinning and the lobby will be great.
A Night in the City
Location, location, location. Great value for the price. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great!! Many Thanks to Pavel for the excellent service!
I have stayed at the Pinnacle property in North Vancouver and rooms are a bit more modern but it is also a newer hotel. Overall, it was a great night in the city and a perfect location.
Great stay, thank you!
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location! Pet friendly, they even included a special bed and bowls for my dog. They also provided treats to the dog every time we came back from walks.
Great Location, outdated rooms, did not get room I
Very nice and helpful staff. Awesome location. Nice lobby, restaurant/bar
I booked a king but got a room with two twins (or two EXTREMELY small queens), bathroom wasn't very clean and bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
.the accommodations were only so so and paying $300 USD for a $100 room was a downer.
The view was great, location was great and these made our stay perfect. The room was clean and maintained during our stay, the staff was courteous. All in all happy at the end.
A bit pricey, but nice
The location is 2 blocks from the harbor, easy walk to convention center attractions as well as harbor walk to nearby Stanley park.
The hotel, though very nice is showing its age, mostly in exterior architecture & room hallways. The pool/spa was a bit dirty and not very well lit. The lobby makes a great first impression but diminishes with interaction with the rest of the spaces...
Off the Boat
Excellent access to the cruise terminal. A very comfy environment. We walked and used public transportation to make our way about the city, staying 3 days and two nights.
We had no negative experiences or observations.
Great location, worth the extra money for the harbor view. Lots of great amenities, including use of the bikes because you are so close to the seawall and Stanley Park. Nice and friendly staff.
TV often didn't work and had to restart it many times.
