Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and train station, making it suitable for short stays or transit. However, many reviews reported significant cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of basic amenities such as blankets, wifi, and toiletries. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful, while others experienced unresponsiveness or rudeness. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and amenities are needed.
