Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's breakfast variety, amenities for families, and beautiful location with lush greenery. Many appreciated the friendly staff and recreational activities, especially for children. However, some noted issues with service communication, slow food replenishment, and maintenance needs in certain areas. Cleanliness was generally adequate, but a few reviews mentioned pests and dated facilities. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant environment and enjoyable amenities, though improvements in service and upkeep would enhance the experience.
