Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect -- walking distance to both Beacon Hill Park (which your staff recommended, and we loved) and the waterfront and everything we wanted to see in the city. We enjoyed the spacious, clean accommodations. I really liked the oscillating fans, which were quiet and efficient. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the delicious chocolate toff...

Pros (+) Our room should have included a washer and dryer but it was out for service. The hotel did our laundry for free with a quick turn around. This hotel is in a fantastic location, we highly recommend it.
