Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, mentioning dirty bathrooms, stained carpets, and unclean rooms as major issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members described as unfriendly or inattentive, though a few guests highlighted positive experiences with certain employees. The location was frequently praised for its convenience, especially for travelers needing access to the highway, and the pool was a popular amenity, often described as enjoyable despite occasional maintenance concerns. However, breakfast quality and value were commonly seen as disappointing. Overall, while the hotel’s location and pool stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.
