If not for the concierge this hotel would've had a lower rating. The first night we had no heat in our room and it was 40 degrees outside. The floors were bumpy. We had to move rooms (with 3 kids 8 and under this was pretty disappointing). Upon moving to the new room we found the curtains to be broken and couldn't be closed all the way. Cons (-) The shower curtain was too short to stay in the tub while showering. There was a smear of something on the nightstand when I checked in. There was a low rumble that vibrated my bed slightly. The Bistro did not have Tequila but they made me wait 5 minutes for the bartender to return to tell me that when I told them I wanted a Margarita. Pros (+) It was Christmas and they did not have enough people to do housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned Christmas Eve and supplies like toilet paper and. Ups were not replenished. Not enough towels. I understND THT WORKERS HAVE TO celebrate Christmas. its management’s responsibility to ensure that clients are satisfied.
