If not for the concierge this hotel would've had a lower rating. The first night we had no heat in our room and it was 40 degrees outside. The floors were bumpy. Pros (+) It was Christmas and they did not have enough people to do housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned Christmas Eve and supplies like toilet paper and. Ups were not replenished. Not enough towels. I understND THT WORKERS HAVE TO celebrate Christmas. its management’s responsibility to ensure that clients are satisfied.
