10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful family owned hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Charming hotel and wonderful views. The breakfast was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very pretty, small hotel in a lovely area and in walking distance to the airport. We went for a walk and were soon in a bit of countryside with beautiful views of green fields and mountains in the distance. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have breakfast as our flight was very early, so they packed us a take away breakfast. I wish we could have spent more time here.
7.9 Good
Pros: The attractive, good quality furnishing of the room. Excellent location for the airport. Fantastic breakfast.
Cons: There was a washbasin in the toilet but no soap. The receptionist on duty when we checked in was extremely officious and almost hostile. Of course forms have to be filled in but I resent being spoken to in a certain tone and treated as untrustworthy because I have a British passport and an Austrian address. I had just collected my 82-year old mother from the airport and she felt most uncomfortable at being ignored at check in. I also overheard the receptionist being abrupt with other English speaking guests. Maybe she is xenophobic. We simply did not feel welcome or comfortable. Otherwise everything was ok as were the other staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds; great shower. Breakfast was delicious - good choice. Location in walking distance to shopping center, cinema and airport nevertheless very quite and calm. Everything was very clean and comfy!
Cons: Interiors is 90th style

Cons: the shower was not stable but everything else was wonderful
7.5 Good
Pros: It took us only about 10 mins to walk from the hotel to Salzburg Airport, yet our room was totally quiet: didn’t hear a thing overnight. There’s a pleasant garden behind the hotel with a natural-style swimming pool (icy in mid-September!).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We booked a room with jacuzzi but without waterbed. The woman by the reception said that they normally could not fulfill this request because when you book a room you just get one. But we got the room we wanted . Further is the hotel staff very friendly.
Cons: You can hear the neighbor's go to the toilet.

Pros: Very pleasent room for 3 guests (2 adults, 1 child). Location is suitable... easy to drive to Salzburg center... or just take the bus (bus station in front of hotel).

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, quiet area away from the city noise. Easy to access Salzburg by bus that stops across the street. Salzburg City Card can be bought at hotel which is a great money saver for transport, Untersbergbahn, castle, and more. Hotel breakfast was fantastic, great selection. We also ate at the restaurant twice and I highly recommend that too. Visited with my sister and my son. Triple room was a great size for the three of us.
Cons: Our bathroom door was dirty with fingerprints and smears on it as well as a wall in our room looked like something was spilled down the wall/wood trim and left. Otherwise the room was very clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our whole family stayed here for 10 nights in three separate rooms. From the moment I contacted the hotel, a few months before our stay, to the moment we left, I was impressed with the service and the communication of the owner and the entire hotel staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are updated, the bathrooms are bright and spacious and you'll even find air condition units in the rooms, which is very rare in this part of the world. The hotel has 4 floors and there is an elevator which you can use. This makes the hotel wheelchair friendly. On the ground floor, you'll find the dining room where breakfast is complimentary and where you can have dinners. Breakfast is rich and dinners are well made. On that floor, you'll also find a nice terrace, where you can have a drink or a meal, and a kid's playground that you can use during sunny days. Outside the hotel, there are ample parking spots. The hotel is situated outside of Wals with great and fast access to the airport, Salzburg old city, and the highways to Munich, Innsbruck, Linz, and Graz.
Cons: Everything was great!! There is nothing we didn't like. I highly recommend this place. People who use wheelchair will find this hotel very comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Typical Austrian style hotel near airport but with you own transport an easy trip into Salzburg. Lots of parking. Good sized room with balcony and a nice view of the hills and fields. The beds were very comfortable and there was a kettle etc in room which is good for making hot drinks. Nice large bathroom. The breakfast was extensive with lots of choice. Good coffee! A very pleasant stay.
Cons: Would prefer a walk in shower, no fridge in room.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. The bed itself was comfortable.

7.7 Good
Pros: Typical US style business hotel that did all the basics very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods.
Cons: Room service comes with a flat €10 service charge. I ordered a burger which with bacon despite the menu not making any mention of bacon being included.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location of the property, they upgraded us to the club class rooms, front desk was helpful
Cons: Cleanliness was not up to the standard, slightly pricey, at same cost, could have got some better facilities
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: I had excruciating pain and asked for paracetamol at 11pm and they said hotel can’t give any so I said can you please tell me the nearest pharmacy and the staff said everything is closed. I was still in pain 3 hours later and when I called begging for manager to ask other staff for paracetamol the manager picked up and I asked about the pharmacy again and he said there is one 5 mins car ride away. I went through 3 hours of agony because a staff either could not be bothered to find the information or gave me wrong information because he was not trained properly. I only asked for paracetamol, nothing too strong. Worst experience in a hotel ever. When the manager said a pharmacy was open I said can you please get your hotel staff to get it as I was too much in pain and I will pay and they said no we can’t go you have to pay the taxi driver plus it’s cash only. I had no cash only card so they wouldn’t accept. This was a 4 star hotel- a staff could have easily gone with their hotel car in an emergency situation. I was not expecting from a 4 star hotel.

Pros: The location it’s perfect
Cons: Only in the cleaner
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel rooms are old and literally have baseboards peeling off the wall. The toilet is tiny and there's barely any elbow space in the entire restroom. There was dust all over the furniture and stains on the towels. The elevators on our floor did not even work. This is falsely advertised as a 4-hotel but is outdated and horrible quality for the money.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. 5 minute walk to old Salzburg.
Cons: Free coffee at a minimum! Continental breakfast was extra $17 per person.

Cons: I paid in cash on arrival. On checking out I was asked for the full payment...the lady at reception was rude and refused to believe we had paid. When she did find this payment on the system she didn't even apologise.

Pros: The place is beautiful and spotless! Our hostess was lovely and so willing to help us out. We loved being close to Salzburg but in a smaller community. The food was excellent with many delicious choices to begin each days adventures!
Cons: The only tiny thing would be if the sheets and towels were a little softer? Maybe it’s a cultural thing? Anyway it didn’t detract!

Pros: Almost everything for my stay is 5 stars.

Pros: We only stayed one night and used it as a base to visit Salzburg. Very friendly and great vibe. Exceptional breakfast with all Austrian classics. Great spa. Nice rooms.
Cons: Would have prefered to have an actual door for the bathroom and not a sliding glass door.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: In a quiet location about 10 mins from the airport. Plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Large modern room with great mountain view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff. Breakfast was superb. No evening restaurant but there is a limited snacks menu available - pizza etc. Dressing gown in room. Quite a few good restaurants within 10 mins drive. Everything was very clean. Couple of English channels on TV.
Cons: €20 charge for use of Spa. No pizzas available - sold out. Nothing to do within a reasonable walking distance.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is realy beautiful and the atmosphere war lovely. The room was clean and big enough. There was a sauna and breakfast was amazing. I will probably be booking again

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is very clean and the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. Good value for the money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast should be more varied. Same food every morning, but for a few days, this shouldn't be a problem.
