Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location for city access and travel, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast receives positive remarks for quality and variety. However, a major recurring complaint is the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, which leads to uncomfortable, warm rooms and poor sleep. Cleanliness is occasionally an issue, with some guests noting dirty rooms or facilities. Amenities such as air conditioning and clear signage are frequently mentioned as areas needing improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
