Pros (+) I really appreciated the Friendly demeanor of the hotel staff. My 9 year old son is heavy into amenities like cookies. He asked the staff about the cookie tray in the lobby and cookies were supposed to be provided at 3:00 PM. Even though it was about 1:30 they still offered to make him a batch. Very thoughtful!!
