Pros: Our party of four included a birthday celebrant. When she told the front desk it was her birthday the manager produced a bottle of champagne and four flutes.
We decided this Hampton deserved the new name of "The H".
Well done by all.
Pros: It was exactly what I expected it to be, clean, stocked, quiet, nestled away from the highway, with a very low key, relaxed feeling.
Pros: I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Pros: I really appreciated the Friendly demeanor of the hotel staff. My 9 year old son is heavy into amenities like cookies. He asked the staff about the cookie tray in the lobby and cookies were supposed to be provided at 3:00 PM. Even though it was about 1:30 they still offered to make him a batch. Very thoughtful!!
We also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff again went the extra mile. When the Juice machine stopped putting out Orange Juice they sent staff to the store and brought back 2 gallons of fresh squeezed Orange Juice. They also taught my son how to toast a bagel. All this with a warm smile. Loved the super attitudes.
I also had a really good night sleep thanks to the comfortable beds and quiet rooms.
Thanks Best Western!!!

Pros: Bed was not very comfortable and noisy (Ceiling and walls).
Pros: Staff was very polite and accommodating. Beautiful pool
Cons: It seemed a bit 'seedy' for that price range. But the bed was very comfortable and everything worked out fine.
Pros: What a GREAT deal. I priced other comparative hotels within 10 miles & this was the best about half. Some dive hotels cost more. I have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. Super value. Hotel was a great experiance from the hello to check out.
Cons: I just wish they had an indoor pool incase of cold weather.
Pros: CLEAN AND LOCATION
Cons: Noisy housekeepers, early in the morning

There was a big roach in my room that I had to kill before my girlfriend had a heart attack. Then the screaming alerted her friend and nobody slept after that. It was too late to complain so we just del with it
Pros: The pool
Cons: The location and the room placement
This is a valet-only resort. DO NOT bring a car that is more than a few years old as the resort WILL NOT take your side when their employee breaks it. The loss prevention manager claimed he was a former police officer but he is clearly on the resort payroll now. You are charged 15 per day for valet and I would much rather park my own vehicle. After 20 minutes on the phone with a resort manager on the night before checkout, my valet fees were waived but not before I felt completely prejudged for owning a 10 year old vehicle. There was no form of customer service and no apparent concern for my satisfaction. The valet broke my inside door handle the first time they parked it and I discovered it the first time I tried to close my door later that day. The LP manager Mr. Lewis claimed days later that the valet noticed it was broken after he parked it but nothing was said to me when I left later that day. I also found a large shard of tempered glass on the floor in my room. Luckily I found it before one of my kids did with bare feet. I would recommend this resort to the golfer or tennis player but be sure to wear your shoes in the room. If you are a family and in the area for the local attractions, there are much nicer hotels and resorts that are closer to them where you can park your own car for free and not have to worry about it getting broken. Under the category of to whom this hotel will appeal they need to add another group-STUPID WEALTHY.
Pros: pool, room, some of the staff, best bed I've slept in at a resort.
Cons: valet broke my vehicle, loss prevention said he did not, large shard of glass found on carpet in room
Pros: The employees were very nice and did the best they could to accommodate us. It is not their fault they don't even have any extra blankets or more than two towels to give us.
Cons: It was basically a trashy Hotel. It looks cheap from the beginning but by the time I added more fees to my card for I don't know what, it cost way more than a much better Hotel. The breakfast was absolutely awful and the place was not updated and needed to be worked on a lot.
Pros: Price was great!
Cons: Smell of lobby
Pros: Quick check in
Asked for a non smoking room, room wreaked like smoke
Bathroom was old and dirty
Every floor has a ac unit. When we turned the heat on it smelled like it was on fire
Cons: The breakfast could have been a little better.
Pros: Bed linens and covers worn out, tears on bed spread, tv not programmed with channels had to fix it ourselves.
Cons: Pool area very small
Pros: Breakfast was more than expected with hot items being offered. Clean.
Pros: Only thing is breakfast not the best.
Cons: All else good. I stayed to visit family nearby.
Pros: good location, staff was great...NO COMPLAINTS
Cons: the night/day went to fast..seemed like i was there for an hour which means good hotel
Pros: Nothing, worst hotel ever. Don't bother wasting your money.
Cons: Staff very rude, place was dirty. Would never ever stay there again room had big blood stain in carpet, door falling off hinges, people smoking in wall way and elevators.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Bed was terrible , leaking shower
Pros: Location and cleanliness!
Cons: Most employees were great. Late night staff (2am) staff must not like their job.
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Too much for room
Pros: The location to our event
Cons: Staff stayed outside, not behind the desk, the room floor was not clean, whwn I called to confirm the phone rang and was not answered, no automated answering, it took 3 unanswered calls before it was answered
Pros: Size of room, decoration, and condition was excellent for an extended stay.
Location was great for our needs.
Good value for price and condition.
Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable. No frills, but that was expected.
Cons: The breakfast was very slim pickings. Coffee only available during breakfast.
Pros: The price and location to highway.
Cons: Lack of TV channels and minimal breakfast.
