Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, with many mentioning its proximity to the beach, shops, and marina as a highlight. Cleanliness and room comfort received mixed feedback: while several guests found their rooms clean and beds comfortable, others reported issues such as dirty floors, unmade beds, and concerns about the cleanliness of pull-out couches. Service experiences varied widely, with some guests describing staff as friendly and helpful, while others recounted negative interactions and unresolved issues.
