Pros (+) I liked that customer service was overall really good. When we asked for something we got it right away.
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact there are hard wood floors. We were traveling with our three kids which required our 9 year old daughter to sleep on the floor which we we planning however I had to go ask for a blanket to place on the floor to sleep on because the hard floor is uncomfortable. Who puts hard floors in a hotel room???
