Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location. Many found the beds comfortable and some rooms clean, though opinions on cleanliness varied. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations, leading to noise, dust, and limited amenities. Several guests noted that the property is dated and in need of updates, with issues such as lack of elevators, accessibility concerns, and occasional safety worries in the parking lot. The pool was often unavailable or disappointing. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but the ongoing renovations and aging facilities detracted from the experience.
