Pros (+) The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby, fitness and breakfast areas. So check-in took longer than to be expected and hot breakfast was not available. Although, cold items such as bagels, cereal, etc. were offered and coupons to nearby restaurants was provided as a consolation.
Cons (-) The thin walls. I could hear my neighbors laughing and chatting. Thankfully, I was too tired to let that deter me from sleeping. I also think the price per night should have been a bit lower to accommodate the renovation challenges. Discount coupons for breakfast helped, but there were similarly priced hotels nearby that would have provided better amenities - sans the construction.
