Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast variety and the availability of the pool and spa area, which were often highlighted as positive features. However, many reviews mentioned issues with service, such as unresponsive or unfriendly staff and problems with billing or communication. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests reporting dusty rooms, maintenance issues, and outdated facilities. While some found the rooms adequately sized and the location convenient, the overall impression was affected by negative experiences with service and room upkeep.
