Pros (+) Long time going to the same hotel and usually most of people attending you are the same since the very first time. That means a lot of things but, the most important outcome from that is the excellent service received every day.

Pros (+) After spending multiple weeks on the road, I felt a great deal of comfort at The Residence Inn Worcester. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The room always smelled fresh.
Cons (-) on either Monday or Tuesday, there kitchen attendant who was highly unprofessional .. seemed really unhappy, while throwing food around, and carelessly moving from dining room to back room. White woman, with a ponytail.
