It was an ok place to spend the night, but I will look for a different place if I ever return to that town.

There was a screaming crying baby in the to right next door. They also had workers directly outside our window banging away in the roof at 7am working in construction. It was awful! We were up all night due to these and they would not give us a credit for being rudely awoken.

Unfortunately we had to cancel but at the time of booking I was not told that If I cancelled would be charged the full amount of my room charge. I contacted the Courtyard in Worcester and they informed me that it was third party reservation and there was no refunds. The cancellation was due to an emergency operation on my wife after the operation she couldn't travel. I'm very disappointed with your organization not explaining this policy at time of booking.
