Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's breakfast variety, cleanliness, and spacious rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests describing staff as unhelpful or indifferent, and some experiencing issues at reception. Parking is another recurring issue, with guests frustrated by unclear policies, additional charges, and logistical problems. Noise levels, particularly due to thin walls and slamming doors, also detract from the overall experience. Cleanliness is generally rated positively, though a few guests noted lapses in housekeeping. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities and a convenient location, improvements in service, parking management, and soundproofing are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
