Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests are highly satisfied with the hotel's service, describing staff as friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast receives frequent compliments for its variety and quality. Many guests appreciate the convenient location, especially for airport access and sightseeing. The spacious rooms and the hotel's pleasant atmosphere, including beautiful gardens and well-maintained facilities, are also highlighted. Some minor criticisms include occasional issues with cleanliness, worn decor in some rooms, and the spread-out layout requiring shuttle use, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
