Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to malls, hospitals, and city attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The service is frequently described as attentive, friendly, and professional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Cleanliness of rooms and public areas receives high marks, and amenities such as breakfast, gym, and in-room features are appreciated. However, several guests report significant noise issues due to ongoing construction, which negatively impacts the overall experience for some. Despite this, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stand out in the majority of reviews.
