The fact that even though My reservation was for an off airport rental place, the employee found a deal that allowed me to get the same price at their location(on airport) The car had a USB port!Cons:
Kayak set me up with a rental with a company not on the airport premises. The car had iPhone integration, but no cruise control? What? Minor problem. :)Hertz

Cons:
Got to the location for pickup (on time) and they didn't have any cars. Purchased insurance and had to contact Allianz separately to get a refund because the charge had already been made even though there was no rental.10.0 Wonderful

The car wasn't the one I reserved. I quickly realized once driving it smelled like stale smoke and body odor, but I had to get to a meeting 3 hours away and could not turn around to exchange the vehicle. I ended up stinking at my meeting. They could not credit me since it was pre-paid through a third part vendor, which did not sit well. They also did not have a night drop meaning instead of just dropping the car off, I had to rush back to turn it in before they closed or be late to work the next morning.4.8 Mediocre

Made reservation for 6pm but this is also the time they close. Being able to choose this time should not even be an option if it is when they close. Also, I called to let them know that driving from downtown Dallas at 5pm, I may not make it there by 6pm, and they were not willing to accommodate and wait a few minutes. Instead, he just stated he will be gone at 6pm. When I picked up the car, it hadn't been cleaned on the inside or outside either. Also, he tried to tell me they don't accept debit cards for the security deposit and I didn't have the amount available on my credit card, so I almost wasn't able to get the car. Fortunately, he went ahead and tried the debit card anyway and it worked. Although, he should be educated on things like that since it is his job to know. Neither of the guys were rude, just not particularly friendly.Budget

Um location to where I was staying but I know things are limited. I dropped off a day early should be able to electronically track me and credit me one day rental. Need more drop off options. Should not be penalized for dropping at airport. Remember customers first! Your staff and equipment were great.2.0 Poor
